INTRODUCTION
HDI is a company with the long form of Hope Digital Investments, the company dealing with stationary productions and services as it deals with the graphics design too. The company is just located in Dodoma specifically at the Mipango Institute
Apart from graphics design, the company offers ordinary stationary products and services, particularly to the Mipango students on an online basis. The products and services offered are printing, class assignment writing, report writing, research proposal writing and other stationary packages like binding and laminations. All of this is done online as you press an order and we deliver; Behind the scene of the online order picked by the company, there are special people to whom the order is delegated to accomplish them at a time and the delivery to the customer by the company, behold I am later on among those specialists.
Mr Noah Musa Kigwiso is the CEO and founder of HDI, he is a founder since Hope Family Investment in 2017 to its a lot of transitions to Hope Digital Investment in 2022 up to date. He is much concentrates on graphics arts design since he is a professional graphics designer hence other stationary activities largely performed by those specialists
THE STORYTELLER
At the moment Mr Noar (HDI CEO) is my classmate in business school, Mipango University, and the moment worth he is shifting from where he lived early to my home street (Mnadani) where I lived, thus the first leg to the company although I have sent a lot of email to his job posts, but all unanswered
Remember the HDI online stationery has operated from the home office, where Mr Noar lives is a where the office is. Since he is my neighbour I used to go to the office and ask if there is anything to do since I am a myself-expert in computer writing-related. At a time the office has two specialists namely Mr John and Mrisho (the junior)
One day as I pass to the office to see any updates I was given my first job. I was done it in neat and quality a few hours later submitting it to the office. From there, I have become one of the HDI stationery specialists. One day a lot of tasks is in the house, so I took my portion and went to work on my home computer, by 23:30 I have completed my five given assignment and submit online to the office. Early in the morning the next day I have receive a call from the CEO to come into the office to hold some remained assignments since they were almost needed that day by 10:00 Am.
At that time I was already walk-up and taking a bath as my daily routine walking up as early as 05:00 Am; then I go to the office and find people never slept tonight. Then the boss give me some works to arrange; after a few minutes am almost finished and he was excited about my speed since I have not yet done work on the office computer I was used to taking task and doing to my laptop at home. We were corporate all together and finish that work.
One day I have time together with the CEO to make some stories and have fun, he comes up and tells me about the weaknesses of other specialists, that they sometimes make shallow work and they have not consistence in their professional writing skills, and congratulates me on what I have done to the office. I was happy and from there, I have become fully engaged with the company
THE BENEFITS TO BE IN HDI
Up to there, I have not mentioned the money payments any more, but the truth is that we are paid and it is not monthly bases, you just paid per schedule, and after two to three days of work, the payments are out. Money payments are not my topic of interest, there are a lot of benefits to me in a bind with HDI as i am a university student at the same moment.
Volunteering morality
As a matter of fact, before myself being to HDI, I have already motivated towards writing, and then being in a company increases my volunteering ethics in my life the money payments were/are not my priority in performing the office work. Life in HDI has changed my thought from individualism to ‘sharism’, so now it is not hard for me to volunteer to work elsewhere.
Find my passion
As a young guy in transition, then I would be trying a lot of different things; though at this time I found myself in writing; remember the company task, particularly class assignments; you have to search for a lot of materials to accomplish, so you’re in the position that to read is the must, then you may find yourself covering a lot of knowledge. To this moment I have felt in love to write, especially computer typing
Books and stationary coverage assurance
Since I become a part of and family of HDI, I no longer needed to pay for stationary services, because I assured full coverage of my study stationary cost throughout my studies. That is great and I enjoyed being a part of that familiar
